Brad B. Allen, CCIM, SIOR
Brad B. Allen joined the firm of Roger Cox & Associates Real Estate Brokerage, LLC in August 1996 directly after graduating from BYU in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Brad is a Florida native and was drawn to New Mexico by the reputation of Roger Cox and his company.
Brad has been successful in all phases of real estate and was quick to begin the process of achieving his CCIM designation, which he received after only 3 years in real estate practice. That achievement places him among only 1% of all commercial realtors who obtain their CCIM. He also received his SIOR (Specialist, Industrial & Office Real Estate) designation in 2002, in record time, and has been moving forward rapidly to becoming one of the premier commercial/industrial specialists in this state/region.
Brad was awarded the “CCIM Marketing Deal of the Year for under $1,000,000” in 2000 and the “CCIM Marketing Deal of the Year for over $1,000,000” in 1998.
Brad was named Sales Manager of Roger Cox & Associates Real Estate Brokerage, LLC in 1997 and was promoted to President of the firm In summer of 2001. Brad successfully completed Albuquerque Metropolitan Board of Realtor’s 2000 Leadership Training Program.
The commercial transactions in office space which Brad has completed include: over 956,000 square feet (at a value of over $112,000,000) for Nations Bank, First Security Bank, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Specialty Constructors, FAA, Alamosa and SBS Technologies. His transactions in retail include over 305,000 square feet (at a value of over $25,000,000) for Price Club, Double Rainbow, Blake’s Lota Burger, Teriyaki Chicken Bowl, KFC, Long John Silver’s, Luby’s, and China Star. Brad’s Transactions completed in industrial space include over 1,061,000 square feet (at a value of over $75,000,000) for SP Pharmaceuticals, Cardinal Health Care, General Distributors, Marriott Corporation, Erickson, Permacharge, Crow Holding’s Industrial Trust, Price Club, Interwest, Roadrunner Trucking, Moore North America, USPS, and Comcast Cable.
Brad is a member AMBR, CARNM, LIN, New Mexico Council of Exchangers, the New Mexico BYU Management Society Board of Directors, AED (Albuquerque Economic Development), NAIOP (National Association of Industrial & Office Properties, and Economic Forum. Currently, Brad is Admissions Chair for SIOR and serves on the SIOR executive committee. He previously served on the YMCA Board of Directors for Greater Albuquerque, the Great Southwest Council of Boy Scouts (Troop 210 Leader with 35 young men between the ages of 12-18) and as a Bank Director for Main Bank.

Brian Anderson, CCIM
Brian Anderson joined Roger Cox & Associates, Inc. in May 1995 as Vice President of Property Management and has been President of Roger Cox & Associates Property Management, LLC since August of 2003. He holds a B.B.A. from National University in San Diego with a minor in Management of Information Systems. His previous career included seventeen (17) years with Beech Aerospace Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of Raytheon Corporation, where his last posting was in St. Louis, Missouri where he worked as the corporate government liaison to the U.S. Army Aviation & Troop Command Headquarters.At Roger Cox & Associates Property Management, LLC, Brian’s primary focus is commercial property management and new business development as well as working diligently and successfully on numerous special projects for the company. The company’s current management portfolio includes approximately 970,000 square feet of industrial, office and retail space as well as 1,500 units in various multi-family housing properties and Home Owner Associations. The company’s management portfolio has expanded demonstrably and he is constantly seeking additional business opportunities. Brian attained his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in October of 2006 and continues to pursue professional development opportunities. He is an active member of the Commercial Association of Realtors New Mexico (CARNM) serving as the association’s President in 2008. He has been on the Board of Directors for the Apartment Association of New Mexico and the New Mexico chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He is also currently on the Board of Directors for the Realtors Association of New Mexico (RANM) and also serves on RANM’s Benevolent Fund board. Stephen A. Caruso
Stephen joined Roger Cox and Associates as Associate Broker in 2010. Steve has maintained a record of success in commercial real estate sales, specializing in investment property and multi-family.
Stephen’s significant transactions include over 7 individual property closings valued at $1 million dollars each, as well as completing over 200 transactions valued at over $50 million.
Steve’s accomplishments are achieved through a commitment to self discipline, goals, and the pursuit of excellence. He has been involved with many of his clients from the beginning of their investment careers, as well as others that were retiring. Elizabeth Cox
Elizabeth Cox joined Roger
Cox & Associates, Inc. in 1975 acquainting her with every aspect of the company
from support staff to management. After graduating with a B. A. in Education
from University of New Mexico, she specialized in commercial leasing of office
and retail space. She is a member of GAAR (Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors)
and was one of the original members of LIN (Leasing Information Network). She
is currently a member of NAIOP and the Downtown Action Committee, and was a member
of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Beginning in the mid 1990’s,
Elizabeth led the new Marketing Division for Roger Cox Companies,
initially concentrating on Paa-Ko Communities and world class Paa-Ko Ridge Golf
Club. She was instrumental in working with the design firm that created the
branding for both entities, which have received numerous ADDY awards and “Citation
of Excellence” Awards, from the New Mexico Advertising Federation. She continually drives the marketing campaign for all new developments, properties and the real estate companies.
Elizabeth also compliments the real estate company by doing interior design work for new and existing properties. Most recently she completed the design of the new Paa-Ko Communities Administration building and event center.

Michael Fastiggi
Michael Fastiggi is the newest member of the Paa-Ko Communities Sales Team. A native New Yorker, Michael moved to New Mexico in July 1999. After a very successful 37 year career with IBM, Michael obtained his real estate licence, and secured an associate broker position with a local firm. In December 2005 he was offered a position in the Paa-Ko Communities Sales office with Roger Cox & Associates. As a seven year resident of Paa-Ko Communities, he gladly accepted the offer.

Bruce Franks
Bruce Franks joined Roger Cox
Associates, Inc. in 1981 as Chief Financial Officer for the corporation. He obtained
a B.A. in Accounting (with honors) from New Mexico State University in 1974.
He
previously worked with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co from 1975-1979 and Fox
& Co. from 1979-1981. Bruce began in Public Accounting with two years in auditing
and followed by four years of tax experience before joining Roger Cox Associates,
Inc. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
and the New Mexico Society of Certified Public Accountants. He recently received
(December 2002) recognition for his Twenty-Five (25) year Membership from the
New Mexico State Society of CPA’s. He has served on various committees of
the New Mexico State Society of CPA’s. He has served as Treasurer for several
Club Soccer Teams and is a Certified Level 8 Soccer Referee. He also received
recognition and personal thanks from Governor Gary Johnson for serving on the
“Citizens Highway Assessment Task Force from May 1997 through May 1998.
Bruce oversees the preparation of
monthly and annual financial statements and year-end tax returns for over forty
(40) entities either owned or managed by Roger Cox Associates, Inc., with heavy
emphasis in land and property development.

Mark A. Hammond
Mark Hammond specializes
in industrial and office yet excels in all areas of commercial real estate.
In the year 2002 Mark brokered over 450,000 square feet of industrial space,
representing national and local clients such as WalMart with 125,000 square
feet leased, and Helena Chemical Company an international multi-billion dollar
company.
Mark attended University of New Mexico

Michele Marquez
A Wisconsin native, Michele moved to New Mexico in 1979. She joined Roger Cox & Associates Property Management, LLC in September of 2006 with over 20 years experience in the field of Property Management. Michele has previously managed portfolios for large national companies in Arizona, Kansas, Texas and New Mexico.
Michele specializes in residential multi family properties and has worked with market properties as well as tax credit properties. She has always been very involved with the New Mexico Apartment Association. Becky Monette
Becky joined Roger Cox Real Estate Brokerage, LLC in Albuquerque, New Mexico as Director of Multi-Housing in May 2009. David Montgomery
David Montgomery began his
career in hotel and resort management. He was with Doubletree and Ramada Hotels,
and various others, for approximately twenty years. While working in the hotel
industry, David worked closely with brokers during acquisitions of his hotels.
After owning restaurants he became interested in pursuing a commercial real estate

Alan P. Neuman GRI
Alan P. Neuman joined Roger Cox & Associates Real Estate Brokerage, LLC in 2010 as a commercial broker specializing in multi-family and investment properties. Alan brings 17 continuous years' experience as a licensed New Mexico Real Estate Broker. His experience includes over twenty five million dollars in real estate sales and closing large multi-family apartment projects. He also has experience as a property manager and owner of rental units and commercial buildings.
Alan operated a successful independent real estate brokerage for 12 years in Las Vegas, NM. He specialized in commercial real estate, ranches, vacant land and historic properties. Joshua B. Sharp
Joshua B. Sharp joined the firm of Roger Cox & Associates, Real Estate Brokerage, LLC in September 2007 after graduating from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, a Minor in Business Administration, and later obtaining his Master's Degree in Business Administration. Joshua lived for two years in Panama and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Lance D. Sigmon
Lance Sigmon joined Roger Cox and Associates in 2004 following a successful sales and management career. Lance specializes in land acquisition, assemblage, disposition, and development. As a business owner, property owner and developer himself, Lance understands the needs and concerns his clients face. Some of these clients have included national home builders, retailers, local users, and developers of all property types.
Lance’s knowledge and success have earned him a spot on the New Mexico State Land Office Advisory Board. He is one of seven board members, appointed by the State Land Commissioner, who advise the Commissioner on the administration of 13 million acres of New Mexico State Trust land. Lance currently serves as Chairman of this board.
Lance Graduated from Brigham Young University in 2002. His degree in Business Management, with emphasis in Finance and Marketing, has proven invaluable in his commercial real estate career. He is also currently working towards his CCIM designation.

Dennis Smigiel
Dennis Smigiel has been a business broker since 1985. He is the Director of Business Opportunities at Roger Cox and Associates specializing in the evaluation, marketing and sale of existing businesses and franchises, and consults with business owners throughout New Mexico.
During his extensive business broker career, he has assisted countless individuals in the process of selling or purchasing their busienss by completing an evalution to determine its value and position in the marketplace and by helping with the final preparations necessary for closing.
Prior to becoming a business broker, Dennis owned three fitness centers and a distribution company specializing in the sale of fitness equipment to schools and institutions throughout the state of Michigan.
Dennis moved to New Mexico in 1990 because of his love for the desert, mountains and terrain of the Southwest. He lives with his wife, Gina in Tanoan Communities East. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, exploring “off the beaten path” and workouts at a local gym.

Rick Spelman
Rick Spelman joined Roger Cox and Associates Real Estate Brokerage, LLC in 2009. Rick has extensive experience in development, sales and marketing. His experience also includes acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate transactions. He received his Ph.D. from the University of New Mexico in 1992 and his M.B.A. from Gonzaga University in 1980. Nick Thompson
Nick earned his BS degree from the University of Missouri with concentrations of study in Marketing and Accounting, and his MBA degree from the University of San Francisco. He has been a licensed real estate broker for more than thirty years, with experience in Albuquerque, Phoenix, Denver and Dallas.
In association with Dave Wesley they share responsibilities at Paa-Ko Communities including development, administration, marketing and sales of vacant lots, existing homes and custom built new homes. Paul Vigil
Paul Vigil was born in Santa
Fe, New Mexico in 1936 to the late Ramon and Nancy Vigil. He is the great, great
great-grandson to the late governor of the Territory of New Mexico in the 1840’s.
Governor Donaciano Vigil was also born in Santa Fe, and his father, was a native
of Spain.
Paul lived in Grants, NM where he
finished high school and subsequently attended UNM in the late 1950’s.
After living in San Francisco for approximately five years in the 1960’s and 1970's,
he returned to Albuquerque in 1972 and has been a licensed real estate broker
for over twenty years. Recently, Paul worked with the Girl Scouts and was successful in selling their downtown location in Albuquerque and later assisted with their relocation.
Being a native New Mexican, Paul offers his
clients and customers excellent market knowledge, reliable service and the
ability to
bring their properties to highest potential. Paul is currently a member of
GAAR (Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors).

Dave Wesley
David Wesley received his B.S.
in Business Administration from the University of Montana, with an emphasis in
marketing. He has been active in real estate in New Mexico for over thirty (30)
years. He is a current member of AMBR, CARNM, and is a CSM and member of International
Council of Shopping Centers. He has been involved extensively in residential and
commercial development. He has worked with national, regional and local companies
throughout the southwest region. From the early through the mid 1980’s,
he liquidated the major income assets of one of the largest corporations in the
state at that time, totaling well over $50 million.
Dave is currently involved
in all segments of commercial real estate and land development/sales, including
residential master-planned communities (Paa-Ko Communities) and Paa-Ko Ridge
Golf Club.
