Brian Anderson joined Roger Cox & Associates in May 1995 as Vice President of Property Management, then was made President in 2003. In 2011 he was named Chief Operating Officer and is the qualifying broker for both real estate brokerage and management.

Brian is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and an active member of the Commercial Association of Realtors New Mexico (CARNM). He was named Realtor of the Year by CARNM in 2012. He served as CARNM President and has been on the Board of Directors for the Apartment Association of New Mexico, the New Mexico chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Realtors Association of New Mexico (RANM).

Brian is known for his ability to interface with architects, engineers, contractors, public officials, property owners and tenants.  While representing both tenants and landlords, Brian has worked with such major clients as M+W Zander, Xerox, Konica Minolta, Sun Microsystems, U.S. Postal Service, KLA Tencor, Unisource, Smith Barney, NCI, Morgan Stanley, Southwest Securities, Deep South Insurance and GSA.

He holds a B.B.A. from National University in San Diego and is a veteran of the US Air Force and the Air National Guard.  He was with the Beech Aerospace Systems subsidiary of Raytheon Corporation in St. Louis, Missouri where he worked as the corporate government liaison to the U.S. Army Aviation & Troop Command Headquarters.

Elizabeth Cox joined Roger Cox & Associates, Inc. in 1975, immersing herself in every aspect of the real estate company from support staff to management.  After graduating with a B.A. in Education from the University of New Mexico, she specialized in commercial leasing of office and retail space.

Beginning in the mid-1990’s, Elizabeth led the new Marketing Division for Roger Cox Companies, initially concentrating on Paa-Ko Communities and the world class Paa-Ko Ridge Golf Club.  She managed the branding for both entities – overseeing the design firm that created the campaigns which received numerous ADDY awards and “Citation of Excellence” Awards from the New Mexico Advertising Federation.  Elizabeth continues to drive the marketing for all new developments, properties and the real estate companies.

In addition to her real estate company roles, Elizabeth works as an independent designer of homes and workplaces.  She uses those skills to manage interior design for new and existing Roger Cox properties.  Most recently, she completed the design of the new Paa-Ko Communities Administration building and event center, and a new product offering of homes, the “Casitas.”  The model Casita home won “Best in Show” and “Best Bathroom” in the New Mexico Home Builders Parade of Homes.

Luis Armijo joined Roger Cox Companies in 2015 after retiring from Honeywell Aero Space. Luis has been a resident of the Paa-Ko Communities since 2005, and is now actively involved in Real Estate sales at the Paak-Ko Communities sales office where he specializes in lot and residential properties.  He also offers full real estate services throughout the greater Albuquerque market.

Prior to moving into real estate, Luis worked at Honeywell for over 34 years, starting out in engineering and promoted through various engineering positions of increasing responsibility leading to the business side of engineering – Program Management for both new business development and full scale production programs. Luis is experienced in working with people of all persuasions, understanding their needs and generating solutions to meet them.

Luis is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors (GAAR), and he is active in his local church, serving as chairperson on the finance council.

Jack began his career in commercial real estate in January, 1971 as a principal in Hooten-Stahl Investment Division following three years as a Stockbroker. He was responsible for setting up registered offerings in Real Estate Syndications, which included finding potential properties and structuring acquisitions. Later, as a partner in Realty Investment Company and President of Realty Securities, Inc., he syndicated and managed investment properties for investor groups. These properties included several hundred apartment units, office buildings, medical office complexes and mobile home parks.

Over the past 20 years he has built several apartment complexes, an office building, a mobile home park, a residential subdivision, and a “build-to-suit” for IKON Office Solutions in the Renaissance Park.

Today Jack specializes in industrial properties and vacant land. He has also acquired and developed over 60,000 square feet of his own industrial space in the Albuquerque market.

Bruce Franks joined Roger Cox Associates, Inc. in 1981 as Chief Financial Officer.  He obtained a B.A. in Accounting (with honors) from New Mexico State University in 1974.  Prior to joining Roger Cox, he worked with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co from 1975-1979 and Fox & Co. from 1979-1981.

Bruce began in Public Accounting with two years in auditing and followed by four years of tax experience before joining Roger Cox Associates, Inc.  A licensed CPA in New Mexico since 1976, Bruce educates Roger Cox agents on the tax consequences of specific real estate transactions.  He has been involved in multiple property acquisitions and refinancing transactions, working with lenders to facilitate closings.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Mexico Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He has served on various committees of the Society, and in December 2002 was recognized with his twenty-five year membership.

He has served as Treasurer for several soccer clubs and is a Certified Level 8 Soccer Referee. He also received recognition from Governor Gary Johnson for serving on the Citizens Highway Assessment Task Force from May 1997 through May 1998.

Bruce oversees the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and year-end tax returns for more than forty entities either owned or managed by Roger Cox Associates, Inc., with heavy emphasis in land and property development.

Robert Gatan joined Roger Cox & Associates in 2010 as an Associate Broker.  He has been involved in real estate investing since 1992, and has been working in the real estate business since 2006 when he became a broker.  He was worked for four Fortune 500 companies, and brought more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience to the firm.

Prior to working in real estate, Robert was in corporate fleet leasing with Penske, and in fleet leasing and logistics at Ryder.  He worked in business development and management at both firms.

At Roger Cox, Robert specializes in industrial space and warehouse leasing and sales.  One of his largest deals to date was arranging a 24,000-ft deal for the company.

Robert is a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors New Mexico (CARNM), the New Mexico chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). He is a candidate of the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute for the CCIM designation.

Mark Hammond joined Roger Cox Companies in 1996, offering clients more than 19 years of commercial investment real estate experience.  In 2005, Mark was promoted to Vice President, and in 2011 was named President, Sales Manager of the Brokerage division.

Mark specializes in Industrial and Office Properties.  He has successfully formed multiple group investments, acquiring properties under partnerships, which he manages.  He also oversees all leasing and property management activities.  These partnerships own industrial and office properties, as well as a portfolio of wireless telecommunications facilities and vacant land with development opportunities.

Mark attended the University of New Mexico as an undergraduate, and the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute from 1999 to 2002.  He completed all Post Graduate Level Commercial Real Estate Finance and Investment courses.

Mark is a Member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Commercial Association of Realtors, New Mexico (CARNM), and the New Mexico Leasing Information Network (LIN).  He has been a Scout Leader with the Boy Scouts of America and a Board Member, New Mexico Boys & Girls Club.  He has also been a Board Member, CCIM New Mexico Chapter, and was a past President, LDS Student Association, University of New Mexico.

Derek received his real estate license in the fall of 2007 in the state of Texas, and began a career in residential real estate. In 2014, he obtained his New Mexico real estate license and joined the Roger Cox and Associates Brokerage Division.

Derek concentrates in office, industrial, retail leasing and sales. In addition he has spent a great deal of time working in tenant representation. He has a true passion for real estate and always prioritizes his client’s needs.

Derek is very active in his local church. He serves on the church board, plays base on the worship team and volunteers in many other capacities.  He is a member of Commercial Association of Realtors of New Mexico and Realtors Association New Mexico.

David Montgomery has been with the Roger Cox Companies since 1999, and at Paa-Ko Communities since 2001.  In addition to lot sales, home sales and working with builders at Paa-Ko, David also offers full real estate services throughout the greater Albuquerque market.

Prior to moving into real estate, David owned and operated several restaurants in New Mexico, then spent approximately twenty years in the hospitality industry, in hotel and resort management.  He was General Manager with Doubletree, Ramada and Hilton Hotels, and Director of Operations with Doubletree.  All were full-service hotels.

While working in the hotel industry, David worked on audit teams, and also worked closely with brokers during acquisitions of his hotels.

David is a member of GAAR (Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors), LIN (Leasing Information Network), CARNM (Commercial Association of Realtors, New Mexico), and specializes in retail sales, leasing, as well as residential lot sales in Paa-Ko Communities.

He has worked with REO or bank-owned real estate disposition and brings a wide range of negotiation, evaluation and land acquisition/development skills to Roger Cox customers.

Barbara K. Morgan specializes in commercial office, industrial and retail leasing and brokerage.  She has been in commercial real estate since 1983.  In Barbara’s eyes, “the client always comes first.”  Because of her hard work and concern on behalf of clients, she has a high rate of repeat business.

Barbara is actively involved with the Commercial Association of REALTORS of New Mexico (CARNM) as well as the REALTORS Association of New Mexico (RANM).  She is a RANM Chairperson for Strategic Planning and is also on the RANM Education Committee.  She is a CARNM Chairperson, on the Governance Committee and Education Committee.  She was the CARNM 2008 Realtor of the Year.

She has been a CARNM President, and on the Board of Directors of CARNM and RANM.  She has also been a RANM Chairperson of the Real Property Presidential Advisory Group, and on the Executive Committee, Strategic Planning.

Rick Spelman specializes in investment properties and water rights, which incorporates commercial, industrial and agriculture assets. Rick began his business career with the Procter & Gamble Company in Los Angles, California and has since established an unmatched record of success in development, sales and marketing across the United States.

Rick is licensed in New Mexico and Oklahoma. Within 90 days Rick closed three real estate transactions at $8.5 million, $6.6 million and $2.6 million, moreover, he aspires to help you prosper and resolve all your real estate needs.

Prior to his return to the private sector, Rick also served as the University of Oklahoma Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing, where he was responsible for the sales and management of corporate sponsorship inventory, in addition, held key leadership positions to launch the OU Sooner Club and other prominent capital projects.

Throughout his career Rick has taught in the MBA programs at the University of Oklahoma, which is nationally recognized among the top 20 marketing and supply chain management programs in the United States and at Oklahoma City University.

Being an Albuquerque native and third generation realtor, Will Stribling has a lifelong knowledge of the Albuquerque and New Mexico market place. He is enjoying being involved with all segments of the real estate industry including residential and land sales. Will belongs to the Commercial Association of Realtors® New Mexico (CARNM).

In 2012, Will obtained his degree from the University of New Mexico in Entrepreneurial Studies. He then traveled to the Philippines where he owned and operated his own hamburger restaurant.  Upon his return to the states he began to follow in the path of his families’ real estate footsteps thus beginning his real estate career.

Nick earned his BS degree from the University of Missouri with concentrations in Marketing and Accounting, and his MBA degree from the University of San Francisco.  He has been a licensed real estate broker for more than thirty years, with experience in Albuquerque, Phoenix, Denver and Dallas.

His extensive education provided a background in marketing, accounting, finance and management.  He has used has advanced degrees and unique skillset in the development and construction business in Albuquerque, Denver, Phoenix and Dallas before becoming a broker.

Nick is a specialist in the East Mountains, bringing experience and knowledge to the Roger Cox group.  He works closely with Dave Wesley at Paa-Ko Communities, sharing development, administration, marketing and sales of vacant lots, existing homes and custom-built new homes.  He is also involved in the acquisition, marketing and sales of office, retail, industrial, residential, and vacant land properties throughout the Albuquerque metropolitan area for their clients.

Paul Vigil has been in real estate for more than 30 years and with Roger Cox for more than 20 years.  He has worked in residential, commercial, leasing and business sales.  Paul is a specialist in commercial work, but also does a great deal of residential sales, in particular in Rio Rancho.

He has done a great deal of work with charitable organizations in real estate, such as the Girl Scouts.  Paul successfully sold the Girl Scouts downtown location in Albuquerque and assisted with their relocation.

Paul was born in Santa Fe, and is the great, great, great-grandson to an 1840s governor of the Territory of New Mexico.  Paul lived in Grants, where he finished high school and then moved to Albuquerque to attend UNM.  After living in San Francisco for approximately five years, Paul returned to Albuquerque in 1972 and became a licensed real estate broker.

As a native New Mexican, Paul offers his clients exceptional market knowledge and service, and the ability to help clients achieve the highest potential for their properties.  Paul is a member of GAAR (Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors).

Dave Wesley joined the Roger Cox Companies in 1992 as one of the key developers of the Paa-Ko Communities.  He’s an East Mountains expert and was also one of the prime developers of Albuquerque real estate, including Uptown and Coronado mall.

Dave is involved in all segments of commercial real estate and land development sales, including the master-planned Paa-Ko Communities and Paa-Ko Ridge Golf Club.  For Paa-Ko, he helped bring water from 16 miles away, and natural gas from Tijeras.

He received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Montana, with an emphasis in marketing.  He has been active in New Mexico real estate for more than thirty years and has done all types of leasing and sales, and developed properties for both residential commercial offerings.

Dave has been extensively involved in residential and commercial development.  He has worked with national, regional and local companies throughout the southwest.  From the early through the mid 1980’s, he liquidated the major income assets of one of the largest corporations in the state at that time, totaling well over $50 million.

He is a current member of GAAR (Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors) and CARNM (Commercial Association of Realtors of New Mexico).  He is also a CSM (Certified Shopping Center Manager) and member of International Council of Shopping Centers.
