Since the company was founded, we developed Paa-Ko Communities and Paa-Ko Ridge Golf Club, and have built and managed a portfolio that has included up to 3 million square feet of commercial space of all types, along with multi-family properties and owner associations. Recent projects include the commercial redevelopment of the 11000 Spain multi-building office complex, including project bid and project construction management, successfully marketing this office condominium to multiple owners, and ongoing management.
As we begin our second half-century in business, we will continue to build on our founder’s legacy of commitment to clients and partners, and to grow by recruiting dynamic deal makers and through smart property acquisitions.
BRIAN ANDERSON, CCIM
After a 21 year career of military service and defense contracting, Brian Anderson joined Roger Cox & Associates in May 1995 as Vice President of Property Management. He was made President in 2003. In 2011 he was named Chief Operating Officer and is the qualifying broker for both real estate brokerage and property management.
Brian is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and an active member of the Commercial Association of Realtors New Mexico (CARNM). He was named Realtor of the Year by CARNM in 2012. He served as CARNM President and has been on the Board of Directors of many trade associations.
While representing both tenants and landlords, Brian has worked with such major clients as M+W Zander, Xerox, Konica Minolta, Sun Microsystems, U.S. Postal Service, KLA Tencor, Unisource, Smith Barney, NCI, Morgan Stanley, Southwest Securities, Deep South Insurance and GSA.
Brian holds a B.B.A. from National University in San Diego.
Elizabeth Cox has immersed herself in every aspect of the real estate company from support staff to management. She graduated with a B.A. in Education from the University of New Mexico.
Beginning in the mid-1990’s, Elizabeth led the new Marketing Division for Roger Cox & Associates, concentrating on Paa-Ko Communities and the world class Paa-Ko Ridge Golf Club. She managed the branding for both entities. The campaigns received numerous ADDY awards and “Citation of Excellence” Awards from the New Mexico Advertising Federation.
In addition to her real estate company roles, Elizabeth works as an interior designer of homes and workplaces. She uses those skills to manage interior design for new and existing Roger Cox properties. She completed the design of the Paa-Ko Communities Administration building and event center, and a product offering of homes, the “Casitas.” The model Casita home won “Best in Show” and “Best Bathroom” in the New Mexico Home Builders Parade of Homes.
Luis Armijo joined Roger Cox & Associates in 2015 . Luis has been a resident of Paa-Ko Communities since 2005, and is now actively involved in real estate sales at Paak-Ko Communities specializing in homes and home sites. He also offers full real estate services throughout the greater Albuquerque market.
Prior to moving into real estate, Luis worked at Honeywell for over 34 years retiring in the business side of engineering as a Program Manager.
Luis is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors (GAAR).
Amanda began her career in residential property management in 2004. She was quickly promoted to Assistant Manager of a 430-unit multi-family community and then advanced to Community Manager in 2008. Throughout her career, she has worked at various apartment communities in the Albuquerque area including luxury apartment communities to tax credit communities. She began her employment with Roger Cox & Associates Property Management, LLC in April 2012, managing Netherwood Village Apartments a 220-unit community. She managed Canoan Village Apartments, a 172-unit community from 2014 to 2021.
Throughout her many years in property management, her duties have included day-to-day property management and oversite employees, managing and negotiating service contracts and vendors, tenant relations, oversite of regular maintenance and preventative maintenance, reconstruction and updating units, enforcement of rules and regulations, and developing annual budgets.
She received her New Mexico Associate Brokers license in 2022.
Bruce Franks joined Roger Cox & Associates, Inc. in 1981 as Chief Financial Officer. He obtained a B.A. in Accounting from New Mexico State University in 1974.
Bruce began in Public Accounting with two years in auditing and followed by four years of tax experience before joining Roger Cox Associates, Inc. He has served on various committees of the Society, and in December 2002 was recognized with his twenty-five-years membership.
He is a retired member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Mexico Society of Certified Public Accountants. As a retired CPA in New Mexico, Bruce educates Roger Cox agents on the tax consequences of specific real estate transactions.
David Montgomery has been with Roger Cox & Associates since 1999. For many years, David specialized in lot and home sales in Paa-Ko Communities. Now he offers full real estate services throughout the greater Albuquerque market.
David is a member of GAAR (Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors), LIN (Leasing Information Network), CARNM (Commercial Association of Realtors, New Mexico), and specializes in retail sales and leasing.
He has worked with REO or bank-owned real estate disposition and brings a wide range of negotiation, evaluation and land acquisition/development skills to Roger Cox customers.
Nick earned his BS and MBA degrees in Management, Marketing, Finance and Accounting. He has 40 years of commercial and residential real estate experience in New Mexico, Arizona, Texas and Colorado.
Nick is a specialist in the East Mountains. Current experience and projects include Paa-Ko Golf Communities home and lot sales as well as sales and leasing of office, retail, industrial and vacant land properties throughout the Albuquerque metropolitan area.
Nick is a member of GAAR (Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors) and CARNM (Commercial Association of Realtors of New Mexico). Thanks to his diversified experience in real estate, Nick has been involved in real estate transactions of more than $100,000,000.
Greg Walker joined Roger Cox & Associates, Inc. in 2021 as Controller. He obtained a B.A. in Accounting from Utah State University in 1981. Greg earned his CPA while working as an auditor in public accounting in Colorado. Since then, he has held multiple internal audit and accounting management positions for several companies. Prior to joining Roger Cox & Associates, he had spent over 15 years working as director of real estate and lease accounting for a large multi-national Fortune 500 company.
He is a retired member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
